General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Purchase Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints regarding products offered on the website <code><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pixelgrid-books.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.pixelgrid-books.com\">www.pixelgrid-books.com<\/a><\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service provider and seller is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name of craft\/company:<\/strong> <code>PixelGrid Studio<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> <code>Borina\u010dka 37, 32 100 Vinkovci<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OIB:<\/strong> <code>27804749974<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-mail:<\/strong> <code>info@pixelgrid-studio.hr<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone:<\/strong> <code>+385976185264<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer is any natural or legal person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and makes payment or chooses cash on delivery\/payment upon collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products and Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices in the webshop are expressed in euros (\u20ac). The seller is not subject to VAT based on Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the VAT Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are additionally calculated during the order finalization process and are clearly indicated before purchase confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ordering Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordering is done by selecting the desired product and adding it to the cart. The purchase is completed by filling out the billing form (buyer information, delivery address) and selecting the payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sales contract will be considered concluded at the moment the Seller receives the order and sends the Buyer an email confirmation of the received order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Direct bank transfer (payment slip \/ internet banking):<\/strong> The buyer pays the amount to the Seller's giro account, with mandatory indication of the order number in the reference number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Credit and debit cards:<\/strong> Payment via integrated card payment system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment upon personal pickup:<\/strong> Cash payment at the pickup location by prior arrangement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery and pickup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery is carried out in the Republic of Croatia (and EU by arrangement) via courier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery time:<\/strong> Orders are shipped within <code>1-3<\/code> working days from visible payment or receipt of order (for cash on delivery\/cash payment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal pickup:<\/strong> Possible by prior arrangement at an address in Zagreb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon pickup. If visible damage is present on the shipment, the Buyer is obliged to immediately file a complaint with the delivery person or refuse to accept the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Unilateral termination of contract (Return of goods)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer (consumer) has the right, without stating reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day the product was handed over to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, the Buyer must inform the Seller of his decision with an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to <code>info@pixelgrid-studio.hr<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conditions for return:<\/strong> The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the attached invoice or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return costs:<\/strong> The direct costs of returning the goods are borne solely by the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> The Seller will refund the paid money no later than 14 days from the day the goods are received back and inspected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Complaints and claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer may send a written complaint:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Via e-mail to: <code><code>info@pixelgrid-studio.hr<\/code><\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By mail to the address: <code>Zvonigradska 28, 10 000 Zagreb<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller undertakes to respond to all written complaints within <strong>15 days<\/strong> from the day of receiving the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller, the parties will try to resolve the dispute amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer may submit a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Protection of personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller collects and processes Buyers' personal data exclusively for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
